You must read these terms and privacy policy before accessing or using Sanadcom. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

6. Order Policy
Sanadcom connects customers with delegates for building materials delivery. Prices depend on distance/quantity. In-app chat is mandatory.
7. Payment Policy
Supports SADAD, Apple Pay, or Cash. Sanadcom acts solely as an intermediary after request acceptance.
8. Fees & Commission Policy
Account registration is free. Sanadcom charges a non-refundable 5% delivery commission per order.
9. Licenses & Usage Restrictions
Grants a limited personal license. Commercial exploitation, reverse engineering, hacking, or virus uploading is strictly prohibited.
10. Disclaimer
Provided "As Is". Sanadcom disclaims liability for delegate delays, customer order errors, or unforeseen technical outages.
11. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All logos, code, designs, and content belong exclusively to Sanadcom Vehicle Steering and are protected by law.
12. Compensation
Users agree to indemnify Sanadcom against any claims, legal fees, or damages arising from misuse or fraudulent data.

Sanadcom is not responsible for third-party web content, services, or privacy policies linked within the app.
14. Electronic Communications
App notifications and registered email notices fulfill all legal requirements for written communication.
15. Term & Termination
Valid during app usage. Sanadcom reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts violating rules.
16. Amendments to Terms
Sanadcom reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting.
17. Jurisdiction
Governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
18. Transfer of Rights & Obligations
Sanadcom may assign rights to third parties. Users cannot assign accounts without prior written consent.
19. Force Majeure
Sanadcom is not liable for operational delays or failures caused by emergency events beyond reasonable control.
20. Relationship of Parties
No partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship is created between Sanadcom and users.
21. Conflict
In case of conflict between term versions, the most current version shall prevail.
22. Notification
Notices are officially delivered via in-app alerts or registered user emails.
23. Language
Drafted in Arabic. In case of translation discrepancies, the Arabic text takes legal precedence.
24. Complete Agreement
These terms and privacy policy constitute the entire agreement between users and Sanadcom Vehicle Steering.
